Executive Committee

The IMPACT Executive Committee (Ex Com) consists of 3 to 5 members selected from the Core Group. Its primary responsibilities include:

  • Organize 4-6 meetings per year, typically held online, including the preparation of agendas and a list of topics;

  • Facilitate meetings by ensuring smooth operation through shared leadership;

  • Follow up on meetings to ensure the completion of assigned tasks;

  • Develop the budget, if funding is available, and conduct an annual budget review for IMPACT-initiated projects.
